📚 New here? How to work through a chapter›

Each part of this library covers the same psychology a different way. Mix them however suits you.

  1. Read the chapter in The Book. Stop at each interactive and actually try it.
  2. Work the quiz at the end of the chapter before you look at any answer.
  3. Run that chapter's deck in Flashcards until the reasons come as easily as the answers.
  4. Before an exam, read its Study Guide and explain each table out loud from memory.
  5. Finish with the Exam Bank and a round of Mind Chase. Read every reason, even when you were right.

Psychology sticks best when you use it. After each chapter, find one example of the idea in your own day: a habit, a memory slip, a first impression. That link is what you will remember on exam day.
