Schedules of Reinforcement

While studying operant conditioning, B. F. Skinner found that when a reward comes matters, not just whether it comes. The timing shapes how fast and how steadily a behavior repeats. Pick a schedule and watch its pattern draw itself on a live cumulative record. Then stop the rewards and see which schedule keeps going the longest.
