Some behaviors are never trained with our own rewards or punishments. We simply watch someone else and copy them. Albert Bandura called this observational learning. His Bobo doll studies traced it through four steps. Step through them. Then choose what happens to the model, and see how consequences turn watching into doing. Last, offer the child a reward to find out what they really learned.
