Thyroid Crisis Sequencer: Storm and Myxedema Coma

Both thyroid emergencies are survivable and both are order-dependent — iodine before a thionamide feeds the storm, levothyroxine before hydrocortisone tips a patient into adrenal crisis. Pick the crisis, then tap the actions in the order you would actually do them. The bench only accepts the next correct step, and it tells you why the one you reached for has to wait.
