Bleed or Clot

Four disorders share the word thrombocytopenia and three of them behave completely differently. Build a coagulation panel on the left and the decoder names the pattern, gives you the first nursing action, and flags the trap — because in heparin-induced thrombocytopenia the falling platelet count means the patient is about to clot, not bleed. Then use the anticoagulant bench to match each drug to its test, its range and its antidote.
