Teaching modelA simulated patient responds to the scores and numbers you set. Thresholds follow the chapter: GCS 8 or less, a drop of 2 or more or any motor drop, pulse pressure normally 30 to 40, pupils 2 to 5 mm. Real patients are assessed as a whole, not by one number.
