The Stele and the Toolkit

Mesopotamian kings invented the working parts of rule — and left the manual carved in stone. In The Bench, bring the same injury before Hammurabi’s stele with the victim’s rank changed, and watch the penalty switch between a body and a bag of silver. In The Toolkit, build an empire out of the techniques Sargon, Ur-Nammu, Tiglath-Pileser and Nebuchadnezzar actually used, and see which combinations hold together.
