What is going on
Spot a stroke with FAST: Face drooping, Arm weakness on one side, Speech change, Time to call. A sudden severe "worst headache" with vomiting and loss of consciousness points to hemorrhagic. Bell's palsy droops the face too. But it hits only the face (CN 7). There is no arm or leg weakness, and no trouble understanding speech.
