Part III Clinical Competency

Exam Suite

Practice one content area at a time, sit the clinical cases section (80 percent of the exam) or the image interpretation section (20 percent) on their own, or take a full mock exam whose questions are split across the content areas by the published test plan weights. Choose a long run and a clock to build exam stamina.

How a run works
  1. Choose a domain, a session, or the full mock, which draws from every domain by test plan weight.
  2. Choose how many questions you want, and set a clock if you want one.
  3. Answer in any order. Flag anything you want to come back to.
  4. Nothing is marked until you submit, so the run feels like the real thing.
  5. After you submit you get the score, every rationale, and a score per chapter.
  6. The weakest chapters are listed first, with a link to each one in the book.
What is in each bank
40questions per exam, twenty from each of its two chapters
4options on every question, all of them worth a second look
280questions in all, each one checked against the book
1written rationale on every single question

Questions are drawn at random and the four options are shuffled, so no two runs match. Nothing is saved anywhere, so a score lasts only as long as the page stays open.
