The Evidence Dispatcher

Five kinds of claim ask five different questions, and each is settled by a different kind of support. One county controversy, five claims, and a stack of twelve real pieces of evidence. Click a piece, then click the claim it can actually settle — and watch the policy claim stay locked until the other four are paid for.
The dispute
Rural county, 2025. Third-shift 911 traffic is up. The county clinic closed in March 2023. A board member has proposed funding a co-responder team — a clinician riding with patrol on certain calls. You are writing the brief.
Step 1 Pick up a piece of evidence
Step 2 File it under the claim it settles
