Draft Doctor

A real student paragraph, aimed at a nursing director with a budget and no free hours. Ethos, logos, pathos and kairos are not decorations — they are a diagnostic that tells you where the draft is thin. Cut the sentences that are doing no work, switch on the repairs, and keep the whole thing under the word cap. Something has to go.
