The Confidentiality Pressure Test

Confidentiality is a strong default with specified exceptions — and nearly every real breach happens somewhere else entirely: the lift, the cafeteria, the curious click. Choose a squeeze, decide who you tell and how much you say, and watch the two gauges pull against each other. There is usually a smallest disclosure that removes the peril.
