You're a new clinician at a teaching hospital. Walk the corridor using WASD/arrow keys or the on-screen buttons. Each door leads to a different specialty wing with 5 patients of increasing difficulty.
Each patient presents with a chief complaint and vitals. Use the EHR tabs to interview the patient, perform a physical exam, order labs, and request imaging. Every action costs diagnostic points, spend wisely!
When you've gathered enough evidence, submit your diagnosis. If wrong, the attending physician gives you a nudge. You get up to 3 attempts before the case resolves.
Explain the pathophysiology in your own words. The system scores your explanation by matching key concepts. Outstanding requires correct diagnosis + strong pathophysiology + efficient point usage.
Prioritize nursing interventions (what do you do FIRST?), select the right medications, and answer an NCLEX-style question. Scored on clinical judgment and priority accuracy.
Walk to the back wall or use the dropdown menu to access your analytics dashboard, study cards with student-friendly breakdowns, and a PDF study guide export. The attending's case key is password-protected.
