Six shifts at Grand Rounds Memorial. Pull the meds, scan the band, check the numbers, then give or hold. When a patient crashes, you run the rapid response.

How to play
  1. Walk with the arrow keys or WASD. Talk and use with Space or E. On a phone, drag the pad and tap A.
  2. Start in the med room. Pull the morning meds from the dispensing cabinet.
  3. Visit each room and open the MAR at the bed. Scan the wristband once per patient, then work each med: check what matters, read the finding, and decide to give, hold or clarify. Some meds need a dose calculation, some need patient teaching.
  4. Every rationale is shown right away. First try answers count toward your score, and a wrong call costs safety points.
  5. When all meds are done, a rapid response starts. You have 30 seconds per action.
  6. Finish with a shift report you can print or save as a PDF.
